Training, Coaching & Mentoring Programs

At UZIMA, we believe that capacity-building is key to sustaining transformation. Through our Training, Coaching & Mentoring programs, we equip parents, teachers, mentors, leaders, and communities with the skills, frameworks, and tools to guide learners and replicate the UZIMA model in their own contexts.

Most of our trainings are delivered through intensive workshops, ranging from one to five days, designed to be interactive, practical, and outcome-focused. We also offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to provide personalized guidance, alongside Train-the-Trainer workshops that empower participants to facilitate learning in their own families, schools, organizations, and communities.

We develop custom tools, resources, and frameworks tailored to different groups, ensuring that training, coaching, and mentoring are relevant for children, youth, adults, married couples, corporate teams, and community leaders. Among these tools are our Meaningful Conversation Card Games, designed to spark reflection, dialogue, and collaboration among groups living or working together. These activities foster team cohesion, intergenerational learning, and shared purpose.

Through our programs, participants gain practical skills to:

  • Facilitate learning and mentorship effectively in diverse settings
  • Strengthen personal and professional development
  • Guide groups to solve real-world problems collaboratively
  • Replicate UZIMA’s holistic approach in schools, families, or organizations

By combining practical workshops, tailored tools, coaching, and mentorship, UZIMA ensures that transformation is sustainable, scalable, and deeply integrated into the daily lives of learners, families, and institutions.
